Ei Myat Phyu Sin, Singapore based artist. Born in 2002, in Yangon, Myanmar.
She began her studies in pencil drawing at the University of Yangon, later refining her skills in figure drawing at Pixel Brush Studio and printmaking at C.A.P Studio in Chiang Mai. The civil war in her country drives her to address issues such as Displacement, Identity, and Belonging in her works.
In 2022, she expanded her practice into interdisciplinary art, collaborating on performance-driven video and sound work with women artists in Myanmar. She worked as a product coordinator of 'Anewburma' for 'Can't Stop Won't Stop' an art event.
She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Fine Arts at LASALLE College of the Arts.
